[8May2010] Een nieuw initiatief is gepubliseerd over de visie van een nieuwe te vormen Sarinha Centrum. Het is onze visie om met het Sarinha Centrum te voorzien in mogelijkheden om jonge mensen te trainen in het Woord en het leren van een beroep. Het Sarinha Centrum kan tevens dienen voor kortstondige trainingen zoals cursussen, conferenties en seminars. Op een eventueel terrein van het Sarinha Centrum kunnen mogelijkheden gecreëerd worden om retraites te houden (eventueel als verhuur) of conferenties te houden voor en door derden. Daarnaast zal het Sarinha Centrum een plek kunnen bieden aan de overige activteiten van Sarinha, zoals het gebedscentrum. Ter voorbereiding op deze plannen worden er inmiddels orienterende gesprekken gevoerd met een architecte
over de opzet van dit centrum. Read more...

[February 2010] We finally have a new car! No bus as we first thought, because after long deliberation an SUV will be better for the work of Sarinha. Chico has spent over one week in the capital Maputo, finding a good and affordable car. The final price was slightly over budget, but since
the crisis, prices quadrupled (!) in Africa. (Donations are welcome!)

[6Okt2009] De gereformeerde basisschool de Wegwijzer heeft in september hard
gewerkt voor Sarinha! Vrijdag 25 september was er een feestdag op
school en die werd ’s middags afgesloten met een herfstfair. Voordat
de herfstfair begon was er eerst nog een presentatie over Sarinha
waarin aan de kinderen werd uitgelegd waar het geld naar toe gaat. |

A part of the world a long way from here? Or a part of the world that is close to your heart? In order to bring this beautiful Africa, and especially Mozambique, out of the shadow Sarinha has opened the Sarinha Care department. Under this name we are busy setting up a prayer centre and bible school for and in Mozambique. This will take shape in the Sarinha Centre. 
This summer Laura Kolmus will join the Sarinha team for three months on the office in Mozambique. Want to know more? Read here story (in Dutch).
