Mwuana betekent ‘mijn kindje’ en is afkomstig van het Shuabo dialect dat voornamelijk in de provincie Zambezia (Mozambique) word gesproken. Bij aankoop van uw batik-doek, bezit u niet alleen over een uniek en betaalbaar exemplaar, maar u steunt daarbij ook Stichting Sarinha Kinderhulp die kansarme kinderen helpt in Thowe, Mozambique. Van elk verkocht doek, gaat er 15% naar hun voedselprogramma.
